📦 New Items

14-day return window from date of delivery
Item must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with all accessories included
Refund to original payment method

🔄 Used / Pre-Owned Items

7-day return window from date of delivery
Item must be returned in the same condition it was received
Store credit only — no cash or card refunds

📜 All Returns

Buyer pays return shipping on all standard returns
Returns without a stated reason are subject to a 25% restocking fee
All returns require proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items must be returned in protective packaging — we are not responsible for damage during return transit

Important

⚠️ Dead On Arrival (DOA)

If your item arrives non-functional, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence
Once our team investigates and confirms the DOA claim, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
DOA items are eligible for a full refund to original payment method or replacement, buyer's choice

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Items marked "Final Sale" or "As-Is" at time of purchase
Items with physical damage not reported within 48 hours
Items returned after the return window has closed

How To Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Wait for a Return Authorization before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
