Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
📦 New Items
- 14-day return window from date of delivery
- Item must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with all accessories included
- Refund to original payment method
🔄 Used / Pre-Owned Items
- 7-day return window from date of delivery
- Item must be returned in the same condition it was received
- Store credit only — no cash or card refunds
📜 All Returns
- Buyer pays return shipping on all standard returns — we do not cover return postage unless the item is confirmed faulty
- Returns submitted without a reason are subject to a 40% restocking fee
- All returns require proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Items must be returned in protective packaging — we are not responsible for damage during return transit
- We are always willing to work with our customers — if you have a concern, reach out before initiating a return and we'll do our best to find a fair resolution
Important
⚠️ Faulty / Dead On Arrival (DOA)
- If your item arrives non-functional or proves to be faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence
- Once our team investigates and confirms the fault, we will reimburse your return shipping cost if the item needs to be sent back for further testing or inspection
- Shipping reimbursement applies only when the return is required for our diagnostic process — we cover it because it's our responsibility to verify the fault
- Confirmed faulty items are eligible for a full refund to original payment method or replacement, buyer's choice
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "As-Is" at time of purchase
- Items with physical damage not reported within 48 hours
- Items returned after the return window has closed
How To Start a Return
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Wait for a Return Authorization before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
