Terms of Service

Welcome to BlockPlugged. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BlockPlugged website and online store ("Site"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is yours and authorized.

2. Products

BlockPlugged sells new, used, and pre-owned tech accessories and related items. We do our best to accurately describe each item and disclose its condition. Photos and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor cosmetic variation is normal for used and pre-owned inventory.

All product listings, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, including after an order has been placed.

3. Orders and Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize the charge.
• Sales tax is added where required by law.
• We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or suspected of fraud.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate address. Delivery estimates are estimates only and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days so we can help open a claim with the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, restocking fees, and our DOA (dead-on-arrival) process are governed by the Return Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access admin areas, scrape data, or interfere with the Site's operation
• Submit false information, fraudulent orders, or use a stolen payment method
• Reverse engineer, copy, or republish the Site's code or content
• Misuse the chat or support channels to harass our team

7. Intellectual Property

The BlockPlugged name, logo, site design, written content, and product photography taken by us are the property of BlockPlugged and may not be used without permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the items we sell.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site uses third-party services including Stripe for payments and Railway for hosting. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for actions or failures of third-party services beyond our control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law and as stated in our return policy. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockPlugged and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or any product, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BlockPlugged harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where BlockPlugged is operated, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
